Any offline orders that are not paid within 3 days of ordering will be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be packed and shipped to you once full payment has been received and transaction is cleared.

For orders within Metro Manila, you will be notified once packages have been picked up and are on their way to you.
For orders outside of Metro Manila, please allow for 5-7 business days for transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Online
- Return or exchange of items is allowed within 7 days upon receipt of the item. Granted that it is undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and tagged correspondingly.
- All sale items are considered final.
- In keeping with our commitment to the quality and quantity of our products, exchange of styles is offered in the event that the initial order is unavailable. Additional charges may apply if there is a difference in price.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be shouldered by the buyer.
- Once we receive your return and evaluate the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. Faulty or damaged pieces will be returned.
Pre-Orders
Purchased pre-orders are expected to be ready within 2-3 weeks. No exchanges or refunds for pre-order items.
Washing & Care
Mimi & Mimi items made out of natural fibers such as linen, cotton, and charmeuse should be machine washed normal, tumble dried normal, and ironed or steamed. Items made our of special woven fabric should be hand washed normal or washed at/below 30°C, dried flat, do not tumble dry. Expect items to soften with wash and wear.
